Nicolas Aubagnac is a designer and interior architect. What characterises his work is the balance of shapes, rare materials sublimated by the craftsman's gesture, the attention to detail and refinement. The three carpets created for the Galerie Chevalier-Parsua are perfect examples: Byzance is inspired by the round table of the same name created by Nicolas Aubagnac. This wool and silk carpet is a tribute to the Byzantine art which mixed gold, silk and precious stones. A round version exists. The Saturn carpet, based on the eponymous cabinet, proposes a night full of stars... and finally Celeste, takes up the codes of classic soap making with a contemporary vision.
